The next stop on the international curling calendar will be in Denmark when the LGT World Women's Curling Championship 2019 gets underway on Saturday (16 March) in the Silkeborg Sportscenter in the town of Silkeborg – “the outdoor capital of Denmark”.

China win their first World Wheelchair Curling Championship title

China have won the World Wheelchair Curling Championship 2019 in Stirling, Scotland. Their victory came against the hosts, Scotland, at The Peak, in Stirling, by 5-2. This is first time China have collected the World Wheelchair Curling Championship gold medals.

Norway men and Sweden women collect Winter Universiade gold medals

Norway's Magnus Ramsfjell and Sweden's Isabella Wranaa skipped their teams to gold medals on Sunday's (10 March) Winter Universiade finals at the Ivan Yarygin Sports Palace in Krasnoyarsk, Russia.
